Practice Merger Update

Dear Patients,

We are pleased to announce that the proposed merger of Chiswick Family Doctors Practice, Grove Park Surgery, and Wellesley Road Practice into Chiswick Medical Practice has been officially approved. This significant step aligns with our commitment to modernising general practice, enhancing patient care, and achieving operational efficiencies. We appreciate the support and look forward to delivering improved services to our community. Please be assured all 3 sites will remain open. Phone numbers and websites will continue to run as we communicate new information to our patients.

The practice will also be running the following drop-in sessions for patients who would like to learn more about how to access care from us including via telephone or online forms. Our team will show you how to access care at your surgery including how to access care when you feel unwell and also your annual checks. The team will also try and answer specific questions if time allows. Please be kind to our team they are here to help you.

Monday 11 March 14.00 – 15.00 at Wellesley Road Surgery

Wednesday 18 March 11.00 – 12.00 at Wellesley Road Surgery

Wednesday 27 March 11.00 – 12.00 at Wellesley Road Surgery

Due to space issues, we are unable to hold these at Grove Park Surgery and Chiswick Family Doctors Practice.
