A Patient Reference Group (PRG) has been put together to represent the views of our patients at Chiswick Family Doctors Practice.  This has been running for several years and annually we look to expand this group by inviting a fresh population of patients whilst still incorporating existing group members to try and ensure a fair demographic representative of our Practice.
